1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the purpose of generating interior redesigns, exploring design styles, and visualizing home improvements.

3. Your Photos & Generated Content

• Photos you import and results you export remain your property.
• We do not claim ownership over your photos or generated images.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload and that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights (e.g., real-estate listings, trademarks, people’s likeness, etc.).
• Generated outputs may be non-unique and similar outputs may be produced for other users.

4. Processing & Storage

• We process generation tasks securely. If cloud server processing is needed to run complex AI models, temporary files are strictly deleted after delivery of the result to your device.
• We do not maintain cloud archives of your personal photos or results. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Room Refresh AI offers paid premium subscriptions billed securely via your Apple App Store account.
• Available subscription plans and durations (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) are displayed directly within the App. Prices may vary by region and local taxes may apply.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple App Store account settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled entirely by Apple under its standard App Store policies.
