Room Refresh AI (“App”) is developed by Sara Mountir (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App to redesign interiors, exteriors, and gardens using Artificial Intelligence.
1. Information We Collect
- No Account Required: You can use Room Refresh AI without creating an account.
- No Personal Profile: We do not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifiers to generate designs.
2. Photos & Generation
- Your Photos Stay Yours: Images you import are strictly used for the purpose of generating your new interior design.
- Temporary Backend Jobs: Because high-quality AI generation requires significant computing power, your photo is transmitted securely to our cloud inference providers. The generated result is sent back to your device, and all temporary files are immediately deleted from our servers after delivery.
- No Model Training: We do not use your photos to train our AI models. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your home interiors are our absolute priority.
3. Data Storage
- Designs, before/after previews, and exports are saved locally on your device unless you choose to share or back them up elsewhere.
- We do not maintain cloud archives of your personal photos or generated results.
4. Analytics & Subscriptions
- Analytics: We may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics (e.g., number of generations, feature usage) to improve the App’s performance and reliability. These metrics do not include your photos or generated images.
- In-App Purchases: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions securely. RevenueCat generates an anonymous App User ID to track subscription status without linking it to your personal identity.
5. Data Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We use trusted processors (e.g., cloud inference providers like Replicate) only to run a requested generation or securely manage the app's infrastructure. They are strictly bound to delete temporary files after completion.
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Manage Permissions: Revoke camera, photos, or tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.
- Delete Local Data: You can delete projects and images directly from within your device’s Photos/Files apps.
